The holiday home "Zur Rieterkirche" is located in the Absberg district of Kalbensteinberg. On about 90 m² you will experience relaxing days in a historical-modern ambience. The vacation home offers you a vacation feeling on two floors in a former farmhouse from the 18th century – Enjoy your days off in our completely renovated vacation home. The space About 90 m² await you. The spacious hallway with wardrobe lets you enter the house. From there you enter the spacious living room with a Swedish stove. On the couch, you can spend wonderfully cozy hours in front of the crackling fireplace even on cooler days. Also on the first floor is the fully equipped separate kitchen. This offers you and your family plenty of space for extensive and tasty meals together. Of course, we offer you the comfort you are used to from home. Fridge/freezer combination, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster and much more for daily use is at your disposal. In the bathroom you can relax during a full bath in the large bathtub. However, there is also a separate shower in the bathroom. The upper floor houses the three bedrooms that offer plenty of space for four people. On request, however, up to six people can also find restful sleep here. The rooms are all decorated in a modern style with solid wood furniture. We offer you a bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and two bedrooms with an additional three single beds (100 × 200 cm). Furthermore, we offer you a baby travel bed for your offspring on request. Barbecue evenings or a cup of coffee are also possible outside the vacation home. A cozy seating area with barbecue facilities offers space for a break in the countryside. We look forward to your visit! Guest access In addition to the entire vacation home, a barbecue area in the countryside as well as a small but nice children's playhouse with slide, tree house and sandbox are also part of our property. You can store your bicycles safely and dry in the locked room. Of course, a parking space is also available. If you arrive by e-car, you are welcome to plug your vehicle conveniently and easily directly into our charging station overnight after consultation. Electricity fees will be charged separately. Other things to note We would like to point out at this point that the vacation home "Zur Rieterkirche" is a historic farmhouse. This results in relatively low room heights. We are also happy to accommodate your dog. Please indicate this when booking so that we can prepare for it. Thank you. Due to the higher cleaning effort, we allow ourselves to charge an extra €5 per dog per night. This must be paid in cash on site. The market town of Absberg with all its districts (including Kalbensteinberg) charges a spa tax for tourist stays. This is currently €1.50/night and is due for all adult travelers. Tourist tax is payable on arrival in cash on site to the host.
