Great house with fantastic ocean views

Newly renovated house with an amazing view and a huge garden directly at the Gendarme Path. Perfect for the family with kids! Wake up to the beautiful view over Flensborg Fjord or go down the stairs and tip your toes in the water. The large garden with a view over the fjord is perfect for quiet and relaxing, or games and fun with the kids. Here you can rest your legs or catch your breath after a busy day exploring the wonderful area. The space This beautiful brick villa dates back to 1906 and was completely remodelled in 2018. The entire house is heated with floor heating and the large windows ensure a delightful view facing south. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 teenager room, 1 kids room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area and an open living area. The utility room is equipped with washing machine, dryer and freezer. Our kids are the age of 14, 4 and 1. There are plenty of toys for your kids to use. The backyard comes with garden furniture, barbecue and sandbox. A huge garden with fruit trees, soccer goal and a play tower with swings. From the garden you can go down the stairs to the waterfront. There is no sand beach, but you can enter the water from the premises and go out for a swim. Or just sit at the waterfront and listen to the sound of the waves. Just perfect! Guest access You have access to two bedrooms (one with a 1.8m wide double bed, one with a 2.7m wide family bed), 1 teenagekids room, 1 kids room (with a junior bed), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room and utility room. The office on the ground floor is private. Other things to note Our home is smoke- and pet-free. We are highly allergic to dogs, cats and other furry friends. Therefore, no animals are allowed indoors. No exceptions. But we keep animals in the garden: 4 chickens and 1 bunny. If you are comfortable with it, we will kindly ask you to feed them almost daily with water and some dry food. The chickens will also love your kitchen scraps and turn them into lovely eggs. They provide between 2 and 4 eggs daily. The bunny "Carlo" is nice and quite, and likes to be cuddled. If you do not wish to tend to the animals, we will have someone come by daily to look after them and pick up the eggs.
