House with big garden and jacuzzi, 11 min to city

Our house is located in Sollentuna, on top of a hill with great view over the area. Edsviken bay is a 10 min walk away, where you can go for a swim at one of the little beaches, a run around the bay or just a picnic. The commuter rail is just down the hill (4 min walk) and takes you to Stockholm Odenplan in 11 min and Stockholm C in 13 min. The train leaves every 6 min. The house has an open fire and big garden. It’s perfect for families with children The space The top floor has two bedrooms, one with a kingsized bed (180 cm) and one with 2 single beds. There is also a childrens bedroom, perfect for 2 children. The beds in there are however 90*200 cm with good mattresses, so it also comfortably sleeps 2 adults. On the ground floor there is a separate tv-room with two sofas that can be turned into guest beds (95*186 cm). If you are 10 people there is an additional bedroom in the basement with a queensized pull out sofa (140 cm) that sleeps 2 people. There is a bathroom with a shower on the top floor as well as in the basement. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen and living room area with an open fire, sofa and dining table where 8 people sit comfortably (but it’s possible to seat 10 people without any problems) In the basement there is a laundry room, and on this floor we also store some gym equipment if you wish to workout (spinning cycle, kettle bell, barbells, TRX). There are 1-2 baby cribs available as well as baby chairs. Two of the bedrooms are fairly spacious, and you can easily fit a crib or extra mattress on the floor. Other things to note We have a lovely garden and patio where you can barbecue. At our backyard we have a small playground with swings, a playhut and a slide + a jacuzzi. There’s also a trampoline. Indoors there are some toys and books. There are 2 baby chairs, 2 baby beds and gym equipment available.
