I rent a brand new apartment in a central and quiet area, close to all comforts: about 300 m. from the beach and 200 m from bar, market, restaurants, and bus stop. The view from the veranda is (truly!) wonderful, the sea always offers different shades depending on the day and the moment, with the mistral accentuating the shades. Guests are impressed by the size of the house, the amenities available and the care dedicated to maintaining the property. The space Accommodates up to 6 people. The apartment is very large and offers several areas for common use such as entrance with living room, a large kitchen with table, 2 bathrooms with shower, outdoor front and side veranda and a second semi-closed (and sheltered) side veranda. The rest of the house is formed by the spaces for private use divided into 2 separate rooms, which allow maximum privacy: in the first there are two bedrooms, one double with crib and a double with separate beds, with bathroom located between the 2 bedrooms; the second room consisting of another double bedroom with a French bed and adjacent bathroom are separated and located next to the living area. The rooms of the first room have a balcony, (one of which is spacious with exclusive views of the sea), and the second room has direct access to the loggia of the apartment. The large kitchen, bright thanks to two windows from which you can admire the gulf, is perfectly equipped with everything you need to enjoy the apartment as if it were your own: it consists of a five-burner stove, an electric oven and microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, a kettle, a toaster, pots and pans, cups and bowls, glasses and wine glasses. The house is also equipped with a washing machine with tub, water reserve, ironing board and ironing board. The side veranda has a brand new masonry barbecue for your sea view grills. Guests are asked for a conscious consumption of energy resources and a correct behavior in carrying out recycling to protect our environment and be able to store it for future generations. There is a fire extinguisher and a fuel gas detector in the house. Guest access The apartment shares access from the street with another property. Car access is only possible for loading and unloading passengers and luggage, so that all guests can pass freely. Street parking is free and a short distance from the driveway.
