An idyllic and charming thatched cottage, beautifully furnished and presented to an impeccable standard and situated in the heart of the delightful Dorset village of Cattistock. The space Church Cottage is an attractive, thatched cottage nestling proudly next to the church in this friendly and popular Dorset village with shop and pub. The cottage was constructed in 2013, and has been carefully and beautifully furnished with each room lovingly dressed with eclectic art which perfectly compliments the stylish hand chosen furniture. The generous sitting room is the perfect space in which to unwind with bookshelves offering an extensive library for guests to enjoy whilst relaxing in front of the gas log fire on the sumptuous sofas. The light contemporary kitchen is very well equipped and guests can enjoy dining at the circular table. On the first floor there are two spacious and comfortable en-suite bedrooms, both tastefully presented with stylish furnishings and each with a television. French doors from the sitting room open on to a sunny private terrace with elegant wooden benches, perfect for enjoying the tranquil setting with a good book, and further up the wide garden steps is a beautiful second terrace with a table and chairs just perfect for al fresco dining, where you can enjoy pretty views over the neighbouring churchyard and surrounding cottages. Additional Information: Children and infants welcome. A stair gate, high chair and travel cot are available on request (Please provide your own cot linen). Travel cot suitable for babies older than 24 months. Please bring own Moses basket/travel cot for smaller babies. One small well-behaved dog welcome (additional charge). There is a home cinema 7.1 speaker system and Bluetooth connection, an extensive selection of books and games and french doors out to the terrace. Kitchen and dining room With a circular table and chairs for four guests, a contemporary kitchen with stone worktop, a Stoves range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a television. Cloakroom With wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom one With a king-size bed and a television. En-suite shower room With wash basin and WC. Bedroom two Twin single beds and a television with SkyQ. En-suite bathroom With bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. Outside: Enclosed garden adjacent to the church yard with outdoor benches on a terrace and wide steps leading to a raised garden with a further table, chairs and a garden room. Barbecue.
