Very spacious and sunny private house with 2 floors in the countryside of Kyparissia. It's a very quiet place with an amazing view and unique sunset view! Its very close to the old town of Kyparissia, the town's center, the local beaches, and many beautiful destinations! The space Its a very big house with 2 floors that has amazing view from all sides! Its very close to the old town of Kyparissia (3 minute walk) and very close the sea (15 min walk)! Guest access You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room in the ground floor. In addition you can enjoy the view from the balcony and have a great time in the little garden outside the kitchen. In the 2nd floor you will have access to a second living room/bedroom, a spacious bedroom (a double bed and a single bed) that has a balcony with great view, a bathroom, and a large closet. All floors are connected through stairwells and an elevator. At the semi-basement (-1) there is available parking space which is easisy accessible. Lastly, all the area around the house is available for you to enjoy! Other things to note There is a section in the ground floor of the house that will be isolated for us to use. It will not affect you in any way as its completely separate from the areas that you will be using (living room, balconies, kitchen, garden)!
