Weekly let only, Saturday to Saturday. Strath is one of a pair of south facing timber-framed cottages, with comfort, accessibility, privacy and outstanding views in mind. The cottage has a light, bright kitchen/diner. It has a spacious sitting area with uninterrupted views towards the river. A log stove complements central heating radiators. Strath has large bedrooms - one has a king sized bed and the other is a large twin room in which both single beds have double sized duvets for added warmth The space This property is let by the week (single week, fortnight, 3 weeks etc.). Guests can stay for shorter stays but will be charged for the full week. Changeover day is on a Saturday. When staying in Strath Cottage dogs are made very welcome. We do, however make a £25 per week charge to cover wear and tear and additional cleaning. Although we are a farm, most of our animals are safely fenced and there are many walks where a well behaved dog will be able to run free. All of the cottages have a large fenced garden for your dog(s) to play in. The resident farm dogs are all spayed/neutered. Your dog(s) must not be left unattended in the accommodation at any time, except in the porch area. To sleep an extra person over the standard 4 we make an additional charge of 15% of the booking price for an extra mattress, bedding and towels on a bedroom floor- please book in advance. Travel cot and highchair can be provided for total £10 – please book in advance. Please bring own cot linen and cot blankets. Free range eggs can be pre-ordered to ensure availability for your first breakfast. £3.00 per dozen. Guest access Tulloch Farm is very peaceful & beautiful. Feed our friendly chickens, horses & goats.
