The tranquility of a house surrounded by a small park, great for studying, relaxing, and refreshing. Also suitable for those who study a musical instrument. The kitchen is shared with the owners, two quiet grandparents who love good food. The room is located on the upper floor, accessible via a staircase, and has the characteristic of being an attic (see photo). The space The room is equipped on the lower floor with a hallway with a shared bathroom with the guests of the "passage room". The bathroom consists of two separate rooms: in the first there are essential services such as toilet, bidet and sink, in the second room the shower and washing machine; this division of the rooms facilitates the simultaneous use by two people. There is a refrigerator, pantry cabinet and shoe rack available in the room. It is suitable for two people or a couple (the beds can be joined to make a double bed). It can also be used by a single person. Guests can use the garden and terrace at their leisure, sharing them with the homeowners. Guest access Guests will have the remote control or keys to the villa gate and will be able to enter by car and park in a specially reserved space. They will have the key to the room that they can lock, but when they leave the house they will leave the key with the hosts for security reasons. They will be able to use the terrace and the park at their leisure in sharing. During your stay The owners live in the house for most of the day, so they are almost always available for anything you need. For those who use the kitchen, it is recommended to clean and especially dry the steel sink to make it tidy for those who use it later. The key to the house is given to each person and must be placed in the appropriate keychain upon return. The room can be locked at night, but the key must be entrusted to the owners during their absence, for security reasons that are superfluous to detail. All rooms, in the absence of guests, must be accessible to the owners at any time of the day if there is a need for some intervention inside. Other things to note If the guest has a medium or large dog that is not dangerous, they can keep it free in the park available (of course, they will have to manage it personally because we do not do dog sitting). You can use the WiFi and the landline in the room without time limits. The phone in front of the bedroom door is connected to the intercom unit to call the host if necessary.
