Six beautiful year round vacation cottages in the heart of historic Sunapee Harbor. With the shore of Lake Sunapee across the street, you may picnic lakeside, go on a sightseeing cruise, or simply enjoy the buzz of the harbor’s marina, shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, bandstand, parks and playground! For those with a boat, a town boat launch is across the street. Staying at our cottages also entitles you to a free pass for Dewey Beach (1 mile away) where you may swim, use kayaks, canoe, etc. The space Enjoy approx. 500 square feet of open concept living space. This cottage has a queen bed on the first floor, and an open loft with three twin beds upstairs. The first floor open living space offers a comfortable futon sofa, flat screen TV, free wi-fi, an equipped efficiency kitchen (toaster oven, microwave, electric frying pan, coffee maker, and mini fridge), small eating table, and a full-bath with tub, plush towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The cottage has a wonderful front porch with a gas grill, and a couple of rockers which are perfect for taking in the sunsets and potentially listening to music from the bandstand across the street. The shared grass area has views of the lake and harbor. There are picnic tables with a view, at both the neighboring gazebo and boat launch. The cottage has a mini-split heater, a charming gas fired stove in the living room, and A/C for those warm summer days. This unit is able to accommodate 5 guests. There’s a two-day minimum for reservations, and we ask for a $75 deposit to hold the cottage upon booking. The balance will be due within 7 days of arrival. Other things to note There is so much to see and do here at Sunapee harbor! There are plenty of fun things to do within walking distance. You’re bound to catch some live music during your stay.
