Countryside apartment with a view, near the city

Welcome to our apartment overlooking Storsjön and Östersund city center. Here you are offered a home with beautiful nature right next to the house, proximity to the city and outdoor areas as well as all possible amenities in the home. The apartment is located in our residential building, with its own entrance and separate living area. 40 sqm arranged with a large kitchen/living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. The space When you step into the apartment, you will be greeted by a large bright room with an entrance area and a living room/kitchen on the same floor. The entrance offers good space for storing outerwear and shoes. Two steps up you will find the built-in kitchen, dining area and sofa group with TV (AppleTv). From the entrance, there is also the door into the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Directly to the right of the entrance door is the entrance to the cozy bedroom with two beds and the possibility of clothes storage. The apartment is consistently built in solid, natural materials. Solid wood floors in the living room and bedroom. Entrance and bathroom with plastic mat in environmentally certified material. The kitchen is built in wood and appliances are selected with regard to low energy consumption. In the apartment, there are some recycled materials, including interior doors and wall panels. Amenities: Floor heating, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, MoccaMaster, AppleTv. Guest access - Private patio outside the door with outdoor furniture and barbecue. - A small part of the lawn that is adjacent to the apartment entrance. - Snowmobile trail that passes just 100 meters from the plot boundary and can take you up to Svartsjöarna's outdoor area with nice cross-country skiing trails in the winter and the possibility of fishing in the summer. - Forest walks directly adjacent to the house. - 500 meters to Storsjön beach where private docks are mixed with more public ones (ask the hosts for tips on swimming and fishing spots). Other things to note On our small farm, there are four of us in the family. Among us, two active girls with fast feet (sometimes their footsteps can be heard through the floors). Please don't hesitate to let us know if we're disturbing you. Cleaning of the apartment is not included, but cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available.
