Characterful seaside cottage, bedrooms in Heacham

Howard welcomes you to the lovely seaside village of Heacham in West Norfolk. Depending on your group size and preference you will have use of a double bedroom (with a kingsize bed), a single room and your own private bathroom. You are welcome to use the shared living areas including a well appointed kitchen and sitting room. There is an enclosed garden and pets are welcome. Superfast broadband. The space Two well equipped bedrooms with tea and coffee making facilities and one small guest fridge (additional fridge in kitchen if needed). There is ample storage in the bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is a TV in the main guest bedroom and downstairs in the sitting room. Superfast BT broadband throughout and a private separate office can be requested. Superb gardens, seating areas and of course only 10 minutes from the beach! Guest access The cottage is the home of the host and is therefore listed as shared use. However the host is often away on his boat at weekends so guests might well have the cottage to themselves but this isn’t guaranteed (ie during bad weather). The decking area is a lovely sun spot to catch the afternoon/evening sun. You are also welcome to use the three burner gas BBQ. You will be provided with a code to the lockbox containing a front door key. There is parking for up to two cars on the front drive. During your stay Even if Howard is away during your stay he will be available by telephone to quickly resolve any queries you may have. He will provide a number of books, maps and leaflets to get you started with learning about and exploring the West Norfolk coast. Other things to note Breakfast I will leave out a basic selection of cereals, bread, jams etc for you to help yourselves to whenever you get up. Nothing too fancy I’m afraid. Of course if you want a ‘full English’ you are welcome to fry, grill, scramble and poach in the kitchen to your heart’s content.
