Self-serve Keurig COFFEE is available for your convenience. Standard cooking appliances, cookware, as well as kitchen & dinning essentials (i.e. utensils, plates, cups, etc.) are provided. The unit has a 55" 4K HD Smart TV with HDMI hookups and over 200 channels, so you can keep up-to-date with the latest in news and sports. Or, watch your favorite shows by linking an active subscription from your streaming service provider of choice, like Netflix or Hulu (subscriptions not provided; you must provide your own). The bathroom has a full length mirror and hairdryer. OFF-STREET parking is available and easily accessible from the unit. Guest access Two spare bedrooms are located in the rear of the unit. These are not accessible to guests. Other things to note A garage is located on the lower level of this unit which has a separate entrance. I may access it from time to time during your stay. Please take care not to block the entrances to the garage if you choose park in the parking lot. Lastly, this is my personal residence and I live here while I am not hosting guests.
