Large house ÖstaDalälven National Park Färnebofjärden

House a stone's throw from the Dalälven river. On the ground floor living area with wood stove. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and high chairs. Dining room with at least 8 seats. New toilet with sitting tub/shower. Upstairs you will find a desk, play area and seating area with TV. Two bedrooms with double beds and cribs. A room with two single beds. In the garden several furniture and barbeque. For the children playhouse, swing set "kiosk"and sandbox. This is our vacation home so there are of course personal things. The space Everything needed for a lovely summer or winter vacation with the family. Very child-friendly with safety gates on the upper and lower floors. A few rules for comfort! This is our vacation home so there are personal things! You will be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Feel free to use spices, dry goods, soap, toilet paper, etc. buy new if needed and leave for the next guest. When you leave the house, please clean up after yourself, empty the garbage and leave empty glasses in the corner cabinet in the kitchen so it makes it easier for the person who is going to clean and make the beds. (Sheets are left on the floors in the bedrooms). The children's toys are picked up and outside we would like to see that it looks like when you arrived. In the playhouse, we DO NOT play with water and sand! There are children's bicycles to borrow, but tell us before you arrive. Guest access Large parking area in the yard. Other things to note The property is located in Färnebofjärden National Park with nice hiking trails. Nearby in the summer is Älvåsacafé' with miniature golf and large grassy areas with playground. Älvängs has café and ice cream sales, they also have canoe rentals. Closed in winter. Färnösand swimming area nearby has piers and very nice barbecue areas. A few kilometers away is Östacampingplats with a small shop, opening hours vary. There you can swim, rent a boat/canoe and there is access to a washing machine. You can buy a fishing license on Färnebofjärden's website. Färnebofjärden is a national park in Sweden, at Dalälven, south of Österfärnebo and Gysinge, on the border between Uppsala County and Gävleborg County. Smaller parts are located in Dalarna County and Västmanland County, and the four counties meet on the small island of Tjuvholmen. Nowhere else in Sweden, four counties meet in this way. The nearest grocery store and gas station can be found in Tärnsjö, also other small shops and the tannery's leather outlet. In Östervåla there is a pharmacy, systembolag and Solrosens secondhand store. 🌻
