Characteristic & unique design loft house in old printing & glue factory from 1880! This hidden gem is situated in the flower district in the West of Holland, on a bikeride from the beaches, a 30 minute drive from the Zuid-As Amsterdam and has been turned into a high end loft with a Spa and roof terrace on the Sunny South. The space Welcome in this beautiful hideaway near Amsterdam and the beach. Enter the small alley trough an Art nouveau gate and enter the house through a Jugendstil door. At the entrance you will find an oxidized brass artwork which is in fact a bike storage. While you enter the house you will find wardrobes all around you, On the left there is space for hanging clothes, on the right there are drawers. On top of the wardrobes you will find the bedroom behind a glass wall. Next to the bedroom there is an office from glass with an airplane desk. Entering the Living room you will find a comfortable couch made from a vintage sailing boat. It can be used as a daybed or as a couch, by moving the two side separately. In the antique chest there is a TV with Netflix connection, by pulling the top manually, you will find the TV and the remote control. The dining table is made from an antique folding canoe and has place for 6 persons. In the 5 meter long stainless kitchen you will find all equipment you’ll need: a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and next to the sink a dishwasher. The bar made from steel includes a stove and a seat for 3 people. Next to the kitchen you ill find a toilet, sink and a spiral stairs to formal machineroom, which now contains a sauna, massage shower and roof terrace. Facing the living room there is a bathroom with a large sink, extra toilet and shower. The living room looks out on the small patio, with green walls. In this patio there is a small bathtub for cooling after the sauna. The patio is completely private and is a perfect place to relax in the sun after the sauna. Guest access Almost all rooms are available, you are renting the whole house. Only the room on the opposite of the sleeping room is not accessible, we use this for our private stuff. Als some of the wardrobes contain our own clothes. the storage underneath the extra room we use for our private stuff. Other things to note This house is for sale including furniture, so all the furniture still has to be sold. All the furniture is unique and handmade and also very fragile. We would like to ask you to pay attention to the following matters: desk: the top is made of polished aluminum, which is very sensitive to scratches, always make sure you don't scratch the top. sofa: the boat sofa is covered with beautiful, but fragile leather, make sure you do not bring drinks to this sofa, stains are very difficult to remove from the leather. Do not sit directly on the leather, but place a blanket first. dining table: always use a coaster when eating at the table, also for pans and glasses. bar: do not put wet items on the bar, this can cause rust spots. sauna: the left button on the sauna controls the duration, always make sure that the sauna is switched off when you leave the sauna.
