Year-round cottage with lake plot, docks, swimming area. Close to central Ludvika, 1 km to shops. Stairs down to the swimming area. Rowboat to borrow. Berries and mushrooms in the forest by the cabin, exercise trail with lighting. Close to tourist destinations in beautiful Dalarna. 40 km to Romme Alpin, 60 km to Säfsen Alpin. Living room/bedroom, private sauna, shower, toilet. Kitchenette with fridge (no freezer). Stove with 2 burners. Washing machine. Hair dryer. Sheets and towels. Large balcony, charcoal grill. Outdoor furniture, cushions, sun loungers. Seating and table also on the jetty by the lake. Swimming area and jetties shared only with the host couple's family. Feel free to bring your fishing equipment, buy a fishing permit and catch your own fish. Borrow our rowboat free of charge. There is a sauna in your cabin with a shower. Shower towels and beach towels are available, as well as dish towels. The beds are made and ready to use. Nice jogging and hiking trails in the forest behind the house and in the surroundings around Ludvika. Forest and beautiful meadows, berries and mushrooms, wild flowers, etc. Quiet location and yet close to Ludvika town with restaurants, cafés and shops. The guest cottage is kept pet free. Quiet and beautiful location, no through traffic. No loud parties allowed, nor are other people than the registered guests (2 people) allowed to stay or use the cottage's facilities. Thank you! Guest access The entire guest house with a large terrace. The sauna and shower are located in your cottage. The sauna has windows overlooking the lake. An extra storage room for pillows, etc., is available in the cabin. Swimming area, jetties, free use of rowboat. Charcoal grill; the guest is responsible for purchasing charcoal. (The other guest cabin, hot tub and outdoor hammocks are private and not for rent. This also applies to our kayak and motorboat) Bikes can be rented in the center of Ludvika. Kayaks are also available for rent at a swimming area 1 km away. Other things to note Close to a well-lit jogging path. In addition to our own swimming area, there are other swimming areas in lakes in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the city center (about 20 minutes), 3 minutes by car. Several "Flea market." (Fleemarkets) Bikes available to rent for about 10€/day at the bike shop. Indoor pool in Ludvika center, gym, etc. Cinema, bangolf and other things are in the city center. 5 km to Hagge golf course. 5 km to Romme alpine, 6 km to Säfsen alpine. We have a nice German Shepherd, other dogs or other animals cannot be brought by guests. Due to other guests' allergies, the guest house is kept pet-free. Cleaning according to instructions is done by the guest before checkout. Alternatively pay 700 SEK to the host couple who then performs the final cleaning. Garbage sorting according to instructions on site. The host will take care of the garbage after checkout and washing the bed linens and towels. Please avoid strong smells so we can offer the cottage to allergy sufferers. No parties with invited guests are allowed.
