The old red cottage on the beach is empty. Downstairs there is a large hallway, kitchen, fireplace room, living room, bedroom, shower/toilet, separate toilet, laundry room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and one large hall with 2 single beds. Guest access The property is accessible by car and boat. The property is located along the Heinävesi boat route. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not included in the rent. Hand towels, dish towels, toilet paper can be found in the house. Laundry and dishwasher detergent are in the house. Salt and some other basic spices in the kitchen. All cleaning supplies and materials in the cleaning cabinet. The tenant cleans up after themselves at the end of the rental period. Final cleaning can be arranged separately if necessary. There are several rapids nearby. Fishing licenses can also be purchased for Kermankoski and Vihovuonteenkoski.
