Rosemount Lodge Guesthouse (Private Rooms)

Rosemount Lodge Guesthouse is a 200 year old house set on elevated grounds overlooking the River Barrow. The house has been tastefully renovated into a large comfortable home surrounded by mature gardens. The land is set out in paddocks and includes an outdoor equestrian sand arena and stabling. It is located 3km from New Ross which is served by local and national buses. It is within walking distance (approx. 500m) of an award winning gastro pub 'Mannions'. The space We provide 3 bedrooms (2 en-suite) for a maximum of 8 people within our residential home. Bedroom 1 contains a double and a single bed and is en-suite. Bedroom 2 contains a double size bed with bathroom opposite. Bedroom 3 contains a double bed and a single bed and is en-suite. Bedrooms have a fridge, kettle and microwave etc. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A SHARED HOUSE THERE IS NO KITCHEN AVAILABLE. All rooms have been recently renovated. Guests are welcome to use a separate sitting room with TV (Netflix, sky) and stove. The conservatory offers seating where guests can appreciate a view of New Ross complimented by the surrounding garden. Outside provides many seating areas for relaxing with a cup of coffee. Guest access Rooms available to guests include a separate sitting room and shared conservatory. Guests are also welcome to share the extensive garden areas to the front, side and rear of the main house including rockery, pond and patio area. During your stay There will always be a host available to answer any concerns during your stay. Other things to note Horses and dogs are welcome to stay here at Rosemount and avail of the scenic walkways adjacent to the venue. Walkways include the famous Red Bridge and Underground Railway Tunnel, both attractions feature as part of the new Waterford Greenway. All rooms include kettle and hairdryer.
