A large family villa with private swimming pool, garden & mountain views. **This is a Large Villa so during Peak Season (mid July to end of August & Christmas/New Year) we can only accept bookings of 6 people or more** **Base price is for 4 people, price increase person thereafter** The space Casa Alexandra villa has everything for a perfect holiday! Super spacious with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ with pizza oven ready to provide alfresco dining in a relaxing rural setting. The Villa: The living space features a large bright family room with doors onto a balcony all tastefully decorated and furnished. There is enough seating for up to 12 people, including a huge L shape sofa and armchair. For your cinema evenings at home there is a 58" Smart TV with a Blue Ray player, hundreds of DVD's and access to British Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime and super fast fibre WIFI for any streaming you want. Kitchen and Dining: The dining table seats 12 people and the kitchen generously comprises all major appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, Nespresso machine and hob as well as all the cutlery and glassware you will need. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The master bedroom has a Super king-size bed, fitted wardrobe with bedside tables and an en-suite shower room with toilet. The bedroom also benefits from air conditioning and blackout blinds. Bedroom 2 comes with a built-in wardrobe a king-size bed, side tables, air conditioning and a blackout blind. Bedroom 3 is either a super king bed or 2 single beds. There is also fitted a fitted wardrobe, chest of draws and 2 bedside tables. This bedroom also benefits from air conditioning and a blackout blind. Bedroom 4 comes with en-suite bathroom and can sleep up to five people with a king size bed and 3 single beds or 5 single beds. There is also Air-con this room as well. It also provides extra privacy from the main area's upstairs, making it ideal for those within the group to find a little extra peace and quiet. *Although Casa Alexandra is set over two levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the main living space and garden are all on one level. This makes it ideal for guests in your group who may have mobility issues. The Exterior: The summer room looks onto the garden and swimming pool (which is heated during the winter) There is also a large dining table which becomes a 7ft pool / snooker table. Needless to say this is great entertainment for the whole family. The patio and garden features a Private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool as its centrepiece along with an outdoor kitchen complete with sink, a 1 meter long BBQ, pizza oven and all the outdoor furniture one would expect for a group of up to 14 people. In addition to this we have a full size table tennis table complete with four bats and loads of spare balls, this and a huge selection of DVD's is just perfect to keep everyone entertained. Guest access We have a friendly helpful housekeeper called Debbie who will be on hand to meet and greet you. Other things to note *Swimming pool is heated in the Autumn/winter/Spring months. For longer winter stays there is an extra cost so please enquire. *We currently have 2 Mountain bikes to rent at 8 Euros each per day. *For Winter stays over 1 week, logs and electricity will metered. *Tumble dryer available during winter stays only.
