The space The fully furnished kitchen and 2 refrigerators make it easy to prepare meals, and the extended kitchen table and 2 additional bars make it possible to easily feed 13+ guests. If you are needing your book an extended stay (20+ days) please note that an additional cleaning fee of $100 ($250 total) will be added to the reservation. If your extended stay includes pets, there will be an additional fee of $70 per pet ($100 told per stay).
