Close to the fireplace, the table is equipped with 4 chairs. The open kitchen will allow you to share moments of conviviality. Fully equipped, stove with oven and extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, you will have all the necessary equipment to enjoy the local gastronomy. To start your stay well, some consumables are provided (coffee, tea, oil, vinegar...) as well as cleaning products. A large living room, very bright thanks to its bay window, will bring you together around the television, or a board game. It is equipped with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs around the coffee table. The Free smart TV will give you access to TNT and about 300 free channels, as well as Netflix, Prime and Disney platforms with your credentials. Also on the ground floor, a bathroom equipped with a sink with illuminated mirror, shower, toilet and washing machine. All linens are provided. To start your stay well, we provide you with some hygiene products and cleaning products. On the 1st floor, the landing serves both bedrooms. Both are equipped with a 140X190 double bed with bedside tables and lamps. One with a large dressing room, and window with electric roller blind. The second with 2 armchairs, a dresser and a dressing table. This room is fitted with blackout curtains. This room opens onto a large terrace, with unobstructed views of the countryside and the bay. In good weather you can even see Mont Saint Michel. A table, chairs and umbrella are available for aperitifs, or outdoor breakfasts! The bathroom on the 1st floor, communicates with the two bedrooms. It is equipped with a beautiful shower with shower head and rain shower, a sink with illuminated mirror, and a toilet with macerator. A towel dryer and hair dryer are available. It is imperative to leave the passage for the vehicles of the two adjoining houses of the courtyard. We recommend visiting Cancale on foot, especially the port of La Houle. Parking in Cancale is paid 365 days a year (excluding the blue zone, and PMR place): €1.20/hour from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from November 16 to March 31 €1.60/hour from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from April 1 to November 15.
