Shower Room: Well fully tiled walls, shower cubicle and electric shower. WC and basin on vanity unit. Outside: The property is attached to the owners house but is a private space. Plenty of parking and secure storage for bikes etc. To the rear is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture. Guest access The main living space is open plan with bi fold doors leading to the private courtyard garden. The seating area is comfortable with a two seat sofa and footstool and a very luxurious chair and footstool. The bed is king sized and can be made up as twins, imagine lying in bed with the log burner roaring away in the winter!
