Tiny home in Eys

The stone cottage is located in the back of our garden, in the middle of the Heuvelland. You have your own entrance. The cottage consists of a kitchen, simple shower/toilet, living room and a bedroom with 2 box springs (120 x 200 cm). At the rear of the house is a terrace with garden (50 m2), which only you can use. Free WiFi. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels and kitchen linen will be waiting for you. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar are also provided. The space Our cottage borders the gardens of the neighbors, with sound from the neighbors. The house features a shower/toilet, kitchenette, living room and a bedroom with two separate box springs. At the back of the house, you have access to a private terrace and garden with a fenced hedge, for optimal privacy. Free WiFi. The house is heated by a modern pellet stove. Guest access The house is accessible through its own path. You check in and out contactless. At the front, you can store your bicycles under a canopy. Outside the house is a spacious private terrace, with garden furniture/parasol. You can also relax on the lawn, which is also part of the garden, after a long bike ride or walk. Other things to note No parties/events. No young people. No pets. It is not allowed to stay with several people than indicated in the holiday home, visit is not welcome. The tourist tax will be charged separately on the day of arrival. From 01.01.2026, the tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night.
