The main living area, along with two double bedrooms featuring sea views and en-suite bathrooms, is located on the ground floor. On the lower level (available for bookings of more than 4 guests or as an optional extra), there is a private 2-room apartment with separate access. It includes a bedroom with two single beds (joinable), a spacious en-suite bathroom, and a living room with a convertible sofa bed (shared bathroom access through the bedroom). Natural light wells, fresh air, and full A/C ensure a comfortable stay—ideal as a private guest or family suite. Check-out by 10:00 (professional cleaning required). Guest access You can drive directly to the shaded private carports right in front of the villa. From there, it’s less than 10 meters to the entrance—completely step-free access to the main level with two double bedrooms, the spacious living area with integrated kitchen, and the expansive pool terrace with BBQ. The villa and its pool are entirely private and exclusively for your use, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note Important Booking Information The base rate applies to up to 4 guests on the main floor. For additional guests, an extra charge is automatically calculated during booking. More guests can be added anytime before arrival or during your stay via our local host. For up to 4 guests, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor are prepared. For larger groups, additional bedrooms in the lower level are opened (one extra bedroom per 2 guests). Please inform us after booking if you wish to use additional bedrooms.
