A charming, confortable apartment surrounded by a very wide terrace-garden by the sea with an amazing view. The apartment, which has 3 bedrooms( 2 doubles, 1 single), 2 bathrooms,a kitchen and a spacious livingroom with a sofabed, is located very close to the beach and it is within walking distance to the centre of the village, 10 minutes on foot . WIFI avaible. A tourist tax of € 2 per person, per day (until the 4th day of stay) has to be paid by cash at the check-in. Under16 aren't subject. The 100-square-meter apartment consists of three bedrooms (two double and one single), two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a large living room with a sofa bed. The house is a 10-minute walk from the center of the village and the departure of the ferries to the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Palmaria Island and Portofino. In the immediate vicinity is the boat rental and the bus stop to reach La Spezia, Lerici and Sarzana. Guest access Private car parking avaible for the guests near the entering gate. The parking cannot be occupied by large cars such as mini vans or SUVs. Other things to note 1) -To reach the apartment you have to go up two flights of steps. There is no elevator. -To access the apartment, you must climb two flights of stairs 2) There is a tourist tax of €2 per person to pay for a maximum of 4 days.
