A historic half-timbered house in a modern style awaits you, which we have lovingly renovated. The large bathroom has been completely renovated with a new wellness shower and sauna. A staircase leads upstairs and has access to the 5 bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. The new built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. *FAMILY-FRIENDLY* The space This beautiful, historic half-timbered house offers maximum comfort on 2 floors, consisting of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with dining area for up to 12 people. The fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped. The private garden invites you to relax and linger. Modernly equipped and lovingly furnished cottage for the whole family, couples, groups and trade fair guests! The house is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: - 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room with a cozy couch - Waipu, Wow, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime - Ground floor fireplace - Large dining table that seats 12 people - Fully equipped modern fitted kitchen with microwave, Coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc... - Spacious bathroom with wellness shower and sauna (8 euros per Hour) - Second bathroom upstairs with shower - Own garden - Parking in front of the door - Internet throughout the house - Non-smoking house (smoking is allowed outside) - Dogs are welcome guests with us The fully glazed double-winged door on the ground floor lets a lot of natural light inside and offers direct access to the private garden. Entire place for up to 12 people. There are 5 separate bedrooms, one of which is separated from the hallway by a sliding glass door and curtain. Everyone else has a door. FAMILY FRIENDLY* Various toys, a travel cot with mattress and a high chair are available in the house. Other things that are needed can be requested. The house is available only for you. We provide fresh sheets and towels. Guest access You have access to the entire house including the beautiful garden. Other things to note The house is fully equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, spices, soap and shampoo, an ice maker in the fridge and filtered water, and if something is still missing, please feel free to call us. Towels and linens are in the house and freshly covered. Check-in is possible from 2 pm. Please let us know shortly beforehand when we can expect you.
