Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We've been coming to this special place for many years and are happy to own a home away from home in the heart of Canyon Country. We are pleased to be able to share this experience with you! Our townhome is Y2 in Rim Village, 7 minutes south of Moab. 12 minutes from Arches National Park & 25 minutes from Canyonlands With all the comforts of home & awe inspiring red rock & mountain views. The Rim Village Community pool & hot tub are a great amenity. The space Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 8 in the dining area. There is a Weber grill on the patio - eat inside or outside on the spacious patio with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms: The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and large closet. Bedroom #2 (king bed) and bedroom #3 (two twin beds) share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has cable TV. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, lotion and a hairdryer. The townhome is on ground level = no stairs. WIFI & Cable TV are complementary. Each bedroom has a TV. Washer & dryer and detergent are in the laundry area. Entry is keyless and there are 2 garage door remote controls on the counter. The 2-car garage provides a secure place to store your equipment and gear. For trailers and large rigs, guest parking is located on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane. POOL & HOT TUB: The Rim Village Community pool (open seasonally as it is not heated) & hot tub (open year round) are wonderful amenities. Changing rooms and bathrooms are in the pool/hot tub area. Guest access We have keyless entry and 2 overhead garage door openers on the kitchen counter for your use. You have access to the entire townhome and garage. You also have access to the Rim Village Community Pool and Hot Tub. Guests do not have access to a mail box. We don't receive mail at the townhome. Other things to note Arches National Park entrance is about 12 minutes away; Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park are about 25 minutes away. Sand Flats Recreation Area is about 10 minutes away. Downtown Moab is a 5 minute drive with a variety of restaurants and locally owned shops around Main Street. Grocery stores (City Market and Village Market to name two) are in Moab along the main street, about 5 minutes away. Parking for trailers and big rigs is available on Cold Springs Drive and Meador Drive.
