This home is located on a large, undeveloped plot in a quiet neighborhood close to the water, a short distance from the beautiful Roskilde Fjord. The house is close to the charming town of Roskilde and right by Roskilde Fjord, with only a 30-minute drive to the center of Copenhagen. It's the perfect home for couples, business travelers, and families with children. It is a private home with a personal touch The space The home is on one level with a simple and modern decor. The large kitchen/living room is furnished with modern furniture and is connected to the living room. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the sun from the large terrace that surrounds the entire house, or play ball on the large lawn. Light up the grill and enjoy the evening under the large covered terrace. There is free WiFi throughout the house and a large free parking space on the property. Guest access As guests in our house, you have access to the entire home and all amenities. Enjoy the sun on the terrace, relax in the hot tub, play ball on the property, or swim, surf and sail SUP in the lovely Roskilde Fjord, a few hundred meters from the house. Other things to note There is free WiFi throughout the house, free TV channels and free parking on the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed in the house. Likewise, we prefer that outdoor footwear not be used indoors. The house is our private home, so it will have a personal touch and personal belongings, but of course it will be made completely ready for you. In addition, there will be basic items in drawers and refrigerator that can be used for cooking and BBQ, if desired.
