2 Room Studio in a Beautiful Granite Cottage

The Granite Cottage was built in 1862, and comes with a lot of history some relating to the occupation WW2. The house is within walking distance to the town 1/2 hour walk. A perfect location for people coming to explore the Island either by bicycle (which can be hired) hiking or just generally wanting to visit this beautiful Island and spend a few days exploring using the local bus service. The studio comes with its own garden area too. Regretfully NO PARKING. & No Children. The space It is a quite place for relaxation after a long day out. The granite cottage itself is beautiful as is the gardens, one of which is for the guests to use. What makes it unique is that the ‘Studio’ although inside the cottage itself has its own entrance, you are then in your own space with privacy. The bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The lounge has a settee, small fridge, a television and of course wifi. Plates cutlery and everything you might need, plus you only have to ask if anything else is required. No Cooking Facilities Complimentary tea/coffee/toast with butter and jam included for the first night. Regretfully NO PARKING. Guest access Access to the suit is in the house and up the stairs to the suit of rooms, this is your own personal space and you will not be disturbed At the back there are steps that lead up to a top garden which has a cosy excluded area for peace and tranquillity and this area has been created for guests. During your stay There is complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the lounge area and Toast / jam is supplied on the first morning, also there is a fridge in the room to keep food/drink. There is a reception desk with information about Jersey including maps Other things to note Days can be added to a reservation by sending an message with further days required. This studio would suit a couple, sharing the one bedroom. The bed is a small double. I have one friendly cat :) No smokers please. NO CHECKIN AFTER 7PM PLEASE For security photo ID is to be provided after booking. No Parking and unfortunately little areas to park a car in the area. There are no cooking facilities. No Children please.
