A staircase leads up to the upper floor and the large, open-plan 70 m² kitchen and living room, with a kitchen that has absolutely everything you could wish for, and there is more than enough of everything. TV with all channels and fiber-optic internet, plus a large sound system – actually, two. Toilet and then a separate room for the bathtub and shower, where there is also a sound system. Large bedroom directly across from the staircase, equipped with two double beds and a large dresser, plus a private exit to the covered porch at the rear. The living room also has a door leading out to the veranda, as well as a fireplace both inside and outside. The porch is very large, and there are chairs and tables for a large number of people, as well as a grill. If you would like to use the gas grill, you must bring your own gas cylinder, or if you use a charcoal grill, you will need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid.
