A cozy private cottage on Brettuns Pond where you can relax, swim, fish, and enjoy a getaway. Cottage is located on a dead end road and has over a hundred feet of water frontage right out the front door. Enjoy a campfire or a quiet evening listening to our loons singing at night. Sorry no pets allowed. Please note that the double (full) size beds are not queen size beds. They are smaller than queen size beds. The garage and nearby shed are accessible only to the owners. Owners Matt and Christine Timberlake live nearby and are able to help as needed. Quiet neighborhood with nearby stores. Guests have two kayaks to use with paddles and life jackets. Please Please Please bag all trash and leave in the trash receptacles out front. Many guests have left food, diapers, and general trash unbagged in large trash bins and we are left to clean. Please bag all trash. There is a TV however no cable service, streaming services work well with the WiFi. There is one AC in the loft bedroom, and fans are provided. Please note that the double (full) beds are smaller than a queen size bed.
