Our home is newly renovated, child-friendly and super serene. The sunsets are breathtaking, the home is privately set back from the street. The setting of our pool feels like a fine hotel with professional landscaping, privacy, comfortable cushioned outdoor furniture and plenty of trees and umbrellas for shade all around the gorgeous property . Feel free to use our surf rack to store your boards. New dual-zone AC and heating system with separate zones for the upstairs and downstairs and nest controllers on both levels keeps the house at your preferred temperatures. The house is well stocked with supplies, firewood (yes we have two gorgeous working fireplaces), toys, children’s books, beach chairs, and umbrellas, fresh Parachute and Brooklinen towels and linens, Malin & Goetz products and Casper mattresses in most bedrooms. Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush! This house is an oasis for families looking to escape the city for some summer fun …beach toys, bikes, boards, floats and baby gear are complimentary and available to please our youngest guests and keep them entertained. We recently added an outdoor swing and a magical kids play area with a treehouse with a rock wall, sandy beach and wave slide under a shady cherry blossom tree. We are 5 minutes by car to nearly every beach in Montauk (including Ditch). We are also a quick 5 minute car ride into town and to the Harbor. We are walking distance to Montauk Downs golf course and tennis courts. Ask us about local surf, tennis, golf, sailing, and other camp options if you are interested. Housekeeping is available for an additional fee. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and we are absolutely confident you will have an amazing stay at our beautiful family beach getaway!!!
