This destination is a stunning, contemporary tiny house on a quiet dead end street. Entire house for guest use. Plenty of natural light, warm floors, on- demand hot water, in house washer/dryer, complete kitchen, tiled shower, Wifi. Easy access to University & Ivinson Hospital to the east, mountains and skiing to the west. Your host (or representative) is available at all times to answer questions or to provide assistance. This tiny house sits on a permanent foundation and is connected to city water and sewer. The structure , windows and doors are built for the Rocky Mountain climate, helping ensure a temperate environment year round. The primary heat source is an in-floor radiant system. The on-demand unit provides unlimited hot water. High ceilings give the modest 450 sq. foot house a feeling of welcome spaciousness. The east-facing deck, almost equal in size to the house, will provide hours of eating and lounging enjoyment for our guests. Either your host or her representative will be available by text during your stay and will be happy to answer your questions or address your needs. The tiny house is a mere fifteen minute walk to historic downtown Laramie, which offers a wide variety of shops, galleries, restaurants and bars. It is also quite close to the Laramie Greenbelt, which runs for miles on the west side. Perfect for walking, running, or biking. Vedawoo to the east (20 minutes) and the Snowy Range to the west (45 minutes) are regional highlights. Laramie's grid offers guests easy access to any and all destinations. At Front St., which parallels the RR, streets to the east are numbered in sequence. Biking, running and walking are all easy ways to get around town. The Greenbelt is a wonderful place for your exercise of choice; the northern trail head is a short distance from the tiny house. Two adults is our limit. If you have kids, let me know their ages and bedding needs. We're flexible! A twin inflatable mattress is available for a toddler or older child, as is a pack 'n play for a baby.
