Our modest farmhouse is nestled in the quaint hamlet of Preston Hollow. The Catskill Creek runs just behind our backyard. We spent 2 years renovating the interior ourselves where you will find 3BR & 2 Bath. Amenities: Cable, WIFI, AppleTV, washer/dryer, wood-burning stove, bicycle, piano, grill, & garden. Perfect for quiet, respectful guests who just need a getaway or work-from-home situation. Large Groups, Parties, Illegal activities: This is NOT the place. Thank you! The space This 125 year old farmhouse has a cozy design with wide-planked floors, narrow staircase, and authentic tin roof. It was recently renovated with an updated interior design. Heat is provided with baseboards run on oil as well as the wood-burning stove. In the Summer, we have window air-conditioner units. We are located on Main Street between two quiet neighbors. Guest access There is a small driveway off the Main Street.
