Beautiful, quiet villa with pool, yurt & spa

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood away from it all. Swimming pool secured by curtain. Property overlooking and adjoining the forest. The "Grange" is completely independent. Outside on two beautiful levels with dry stone walls: swimming pool with counter-current swimming, massage bubbles and protective shutter. Petanque court. Billiards. Foosball table. Trampoline. Sandpit. Swing and Playhouse. Garden with many trees. The space I live in this accommodation all year round and I am lucky to be able to travel a lot so I rent it in the summer, letting you enjoy all these amenities (video projector, stereo, wifi, billiards, foosball, etc.). The house and grounds are located facing south with two tables to vary the pleasures of breakfast in the sun and meals sheltered under the pergola covered with kiwis. Warning: My cats live in the garage where you will be asked to feed them. And if the fox spares them in the spring, you'll have eggs in exchange for a little attention to the chickens. (a list is provided with the documentation) Guest access The entire house including the barn (fully independent and air-conditioned annex) is accessible to guests. Only the office will be locked with my personal belongings. Spacious cupboards will be available. Other things to note The house is inhabited all year round, you will find everything you need for cooking (dishes, utensils, food processor, mixer, etc.). 2 or 3 cats are fed in the garage. They are independent thanks to a hatch in the door and do not have to enter the house. Let me know if you'd like to feed them or if I should ask a neighbor to do it. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
