The special thing about this newly renovated apartment is the combination of the perfect location and modern decor. It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city center. The 44 m² apartment is equipped with a queen size bed, sofa bed, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, hairdryer, new fridge, coffee machine, iron and NETFLIX. You can park right in front of the house (cost €8 per day) and check in yourself at any time. This newly renovated apartment is characterized above all by its very high level of comfort and modern furnishings. Whether you want to relax after a busy day of work or after a long sightseeing trip through Schwerin - this is the place for you. You can even see Schwerin Palace in all its glory from the apartment. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Some basics like spices, tea or coffee are also at your disposal. Feel free to use the brand new ceramic hob to conjure up the dish of your choice - plenty of pots, pans & sharp knives are available. There is also a microwave with grill if you want to make a pizza. If something goes wrong, you can simply get the floor back in shape with the cordless battery vacuum cleaner. The living room is the heart of our apartment, because on the cozy sofa you can feel at home! Enjoy your favorite movie/series via Netflix on the smart TV, or relax while surfing the high-speed Wi-Fi. You won't find classic cable TV with us. Of course, you can use the online offers of the individual channels with the smart TV. If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed, creating a sleeping area of 1.40 m x 2.00 m for up to two people. The bedroom has a very cozy 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed ready for you so that you are fit again the next day. The room has a window overlooking Schwerin Palace in the back of the house, so you can sleep in peace. In the daylight bathroom, not only a bathtub with shower attachment awaits you, but also plenty of fresh towels. You will also find a hairdryer with a lot of power there.
