Upstairs, the cosy open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and wood burning stove affords beautiful views across the farm and woodlands beyond. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area for four. A glazed door from the hall way opens onto a patio and spacious terraced garden. Guest access All of the Stables. Other things to note The area is ideal for walking or cycling through beautiful countryside teeming with deer, pheasants, kestrels and red kites. In the evening look out for badgers, tawny owls and pipistrelle bats From the top of the farm on a clear day there are stunning views of Chichester Harbour and the Isle of Wight. A footpath runs alongside the garden leading directly to the Hare & Hounds pub in the village of Stoughton, 15 minutes walk through scenic woodlands. A 20 minute walk in the opposite direction along a country lane and fields leads to The Barley Mow, a pub in the village of Walderton.
