No other cottages visible from your cottage. Your 100 Acre private playground has 2680 feet of pristine, south facing (Sunrise and sunset) water frontage, fire pit, and so much more... The space Bright and airy open plan design kitchen, dining and lounge with 30 foot vaulted ceilings and beams. Comfortable and cozy lounge and upper landing areas. Imposing, hand cut and locally sourced, granite wood burning fire place. Large, fresh, clean and bright bedrooms and washrooms. With Bath and shower options. All the amenities of a luxury Cottage plus, fire pit, Private boat launch, dock, lake swing, kayaks, SUP's, canoe, Life jackets, safety equipment and so much more. The lake is pristine and clear. Mostly large slab granite bottom and a shallow sandy little cove for the little or big ones to play in, that gently deepens. Guest access You are free to respectfully and responsibly enjoy 100 Acres of our 108 acre property. 8 acres reserved for owners private enjoyment. There are also hundreds of acres of Crown Land and 3 uninhabited lakes abutting our property to explore. Private boat launch and dock available to guests and will be used by owner and property manager to access other parts of the property from time to time. Other things to note Bring drinking water. Things to bring in the winter: 1.Slippers 2.Extra pairs of sox if you are hiking (in case they get wet or you have sweaty feet!) 3.Bring layers to wear when out doors (if you are outside control your temperature by removing layers) Snow shoeing, skating, hiking, etc. can make you quite hot and you do not what to sweat if you can help it as that will make you cold. 4. Winter boots that are waterproof. Summer: 1. Swimming towels 2. flip flops or outdoor shoes. We have many pine trees and the sap gets on your feet if you do not have shoes on. This is very difficult to remove off feet and even more so off of hardwood floors. **** 2. Our property is set in an incredible, peaceful and serene wilderness setting. This also means that we are totally off the electricity grid so we rely on a large 16 kw generator for electricity to offer you most of the amenities you like to have. Generators are expensive to run and also require some down time. So to maximize your experience, keep costs reasonable and our generator happy it delivers power during the following hours 8:30am – 10:30am 1pm to 3pm and 7pm – 10pm. There are lanterns provided for light once the power is off. Amenities available are running hot and cold water (the whole system is filtered and UV treated), flushing toilets, dishwasher, large fridge, and regular small appliances (toaster, blender coffee maker).
