Inside the Property The living area is comfortable and inviting, fitted with air-conditioning for the summer and modern infrared heating for the winter months, ensuring a cosy atmosphere all year round. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen smart TV, Xbox with games, fibre-optic internet and IPTV with the full Sky package (Sky Sports, Sky Movies), plus a full movie library, box sets and catch-up TV. Both bedrooms have two single beds, wardrobes and drawers, and both benefit from air-con and infrared heating. The main bedroom also includes a safe for added security. A highchair and travel cot are available at no extra charge. Outdoor Space At the front of the bungalow is a large private patio with a table and seating for six — perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. The complex offers a 20m communal pool along with a separate children’s pool, making it an excellent choice for families. The location is peaceful yet extremely convenient — less than a 5-minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants, and just a 10-minute stroll to the Blue Flag beach of Los Alcázares.
