Tudor Barn Loft Room, Ensuite, Detached inc B/fast

Situated in the beautiful village of Broom, just 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon, our home is a unique combination of 18th and 16th century barn conversions lovingly restored in the 1980's into one unique home. You’ll love our place because of the friendly hosts, character of the property, outdoor space, and home from home feeling. This detached, private, ensuite king bed room is good for couples, solo & business travellers. Pets are welcome and we have additional ensuite rooms available The space Converted in 2014, the Loft Room is a very private detached loft conversion, separate from the main house with cosy bedroom, king size bed and modern ensuite shower room. The private veranda over looks the garden where you can enjoy quiet time and fantastic sunsets. Fresh water, tea, coffee and milk are available in the room. In addition to cereals, bread and preserves are also provided for weekday in room breakfast. (kettle and toaster in room) A Traditional full cooked breakfast is also included at weekends. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements. Please note: for larger parties we also have three ensuite king size rooms located in the main house with ample driveway parking. Guest access Full use of kitchen / dining facilities are available upon request, also the washing machine & dryer are on hand if needed. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and patio areas (where smoking is permitted) During your stay My Husband and I are always happy to assist you with any way we can, we are very friendly!
