Extra fee E. 45,00 The space The apartment is right in the heart of the historic center of Alghero, inside a charming former Carmelite monastery from the 1600s. In a small, quiet, cobbled street that leads to "Piazza della Misericordia". The apartment has real bleached oak parquet and exposed beams. > PRIVATE TERRACE. 180° view of old Alghero. (Yes, a private terrace that is not shared with other guests). Which you get to from the apartment with private access. The terrace has a kitchenette with a sink and a hot plate for breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the sea. > On the mezzanine. A double bed with a custom-made wardrobe and a Velux-type dormer window. > Living area. Large living area overlooking the lovely Catalan-style courtyard. Kitchenette with 4 gas burners, fridge, utensils and pots. Table with 4 chairs. > Bathrooms. One of the few apartments in the center with 2 bathrooms (both with shower). Towels and hairdryer provided. The nerve centers of Alghero are very close: the ancient market, the port, the ancient towers called "the Bastions". We will be happy to host you. Guest access As the apartment is in the hearth of the historical centre is not allowed to park in. Parking places 400/ 500 m. walking from the apartment.
