The quiet room is located in a well-kept terraced house. The space This is a middle terraced house. It offers the following rooms for shared use: living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden terrace and balcony. There is a separate room for the guest (lockable). Furniture: 1.4 meter wide bed, closet, chair, dresser. Access to the shared, furnished balcony overlooking Gleiberg Castle + Vetzberg, Biebertal and Dünsberg. Guest access Bathroom/kitchen/living room/garden/balcony are available for shared use. Respectful interaction with each other is expected. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 pm and 8 am. During your stay As a host, I or my son are available by phone and also via email and Airbnb chat. Other things to note Living situation My guests live with me in the house. Mutual consideration is a matter of course for me. When I cook, I also invite my guests to dinner. In the morning I like to offer free coffee. Washer A fee of 4 euros per wash will be charged. Respect resources Please do not waste water, electricity and heating unnecessarily. Location Giessen city center can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. By bus in 15 minutes and by car in 5 minutes.
