For the winter season, we have heating mushrooms to be placed in the outdoor area to let you fully enjoy the suite even in colder temperatures. Inside, the furnishings are beautiful and functional. The large living area with a kitchenette and a comfortable dining table also offers a modern-style sofa. Light is provided by the large French window that allows dining while looking at the sea. From the living area there is access on the left to a quiet double bedroom with a large and bright bathroom with a crystal shower, and on the right to the other double bedroom, large and with a splendid sea view, also its bathroom with a shower cabin. Guest access The advertisement indicates house number 72, but the villa is located at the end of the street at house number 86! Through a staircase you can reach the sea (60 meters above) with flat rocks and from the villa in 6-8 minutes you will reach the beach! You have access to a laundry room! Pets are allowed, subject to notification with obligatory end-of-stay cleaning and disinfection at €80, payable locally.
