Quiet & nature - For 4 people - Fully equipped

Our apartment "Schwalbe" is on the 2nd floor of the mill building and has two bedrooms, an open kitchen/living room and a shower room. Up to four people can stay here. The "Schwalbe" was completed in 2019 and is looking forward to seeing you soon! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. However, our guests should bring hand towels, dishes and dish towels. The space Rental: The vacation apartments are rented on a weekly basis. Arrival and departure day is Saturday. On the day of arrival, the apartment can be occupied from 4 pm, on the day of departure it must be vacated by 10 am. Outside the school holidays, other arrival and departure dates and a shorter booking period can be selected. The minimum rental period is three nights (exception: weekend flat rate). In the low season we offer a weekend package, the apartments can be rented from Friday morning to Sunday evening. Duvet covers and bed linen are provided; hand towels, dish towels and dishcloths must be brought along. In summer (in the period 05. July 5 - September 10), we grant a 10% discount on the prices of the apartment rental for a stay of at least 14 days. For more than 5 people, we find unconventional solutions. In the low season, we rent to solo travelers with a discount of €10.00 per day and apartment. The horses brought along must of course be healthy. They are cared for by the owner himself. Guest dogs are welcome, but are only allowed to walk on the farm grounds on a leash or under supervision! Other things to note If you want to arrive with additional people, you can book another guest room – accessible via the shared stairwell.
