Stadse Polder BNB 'Aan de kaai', come and enjoy.

On the outskirts of the city but very quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB Aan de Kaai... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard. The space We have 2 very spacious 2-person rooms with ensuite bathroom. Towels provided, of course. We also have a cozy little kitchen with wonderful Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave and cooking facilities (induction). Coffee and tea are free. Of course, there are also plenty of possibilities to sit outside. Nice canopy so you can always sit/eat outside dry. No breakfast. 1.5 km away, there is an AH shop, a Plus shop, a Lydl and a Spar. CAUTION: We do NOT rent out our space for parties/ birthdays. Not suitable for young people. We turn off the sound after 10:30 p.m. We rent our space to 4 people. More is not possible. We assume that you will respect this wish and look forward to your stay! RENT AN ELECTRIC BIKE?? We charge 20.00 euros per day. CHARGING AN ELECTRIC CAR? Costs 15.00 euros You can use our washing machine and/or dryer. Costs 5 euros per wash/dry. Guest access Entrance, stairs up, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Other things to note NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. After 10.30 p.m. no noise/music due to the neighbors and surrounding area. We appreciate this very much.
