Spacious group accommodation with space for 10-14 people, very quiet location in a unique place in the middle of the Westerwald. Green, tranquility, space and freedom, here you will really relax! And that's just a three-hour drive from Utrecht. The space Exceptionally cozy house in a peaceful place in the middle of the forest. No transit traffic, no overlooking and therefore a lot of privacy. Spacious living room, cozy dining kitchen with a functional semi-professional kitchen. Guest access Large living room, kitchen, semi-professional kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 toilets, 6 bedrooms. Large garden with garden house on 1.5 hectares of private land with lots of privacy. Free access to valley (stream), open connection with forest on all sides. Other things to note All beds come with standard duvets and pillows. Bedding is included, if you bring your own bedding you can get the cost of the unused bedding back. Dogs are warmly welcome with us. We do ask for a fee of €5 per dog per day. And a one-time fee, for extra cleaning costs, €25. In case of more than 2 dogs, please consult with us. In addition to the group accommodation, a separate apartment is also available for rent at one end of the house, which can be rented at the same time and in combination with the group accommodation if desired.
