Entire apartment in Teltow near Berlin

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 sqm, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules. The space The quiet apartment is located in a modern two-family house with large garden. The spacious living room, open kitchen and guest toilet are on the ground floor, a bedroom and the large bathroom, with bathtub and shower, are on the upper floor. In the basement there is an open bedroom with desk and a double bed. If you want, you can park your car on the property. In summer you can relax wonderfully on the very large terrace. Garden use is excluded. Parents with small children can bring a cot. BER Schönefeld Airport can be reached hourly by shuttle bus in 35 minutes or by car in 30 minutes. Berlin center, Potsdamer Platz, approx. 30 minutes by S-Bahn [suburban train], 17 minutes by regional train. Guest access There is a separate entrance with its own key. It is not permitted to use unauthorized or illegal streaming services, file sharing programs (P2P client) such as Popcorn Time, qBittorrent, rTorrent, Shareaza, TorrentFlux, uTorrent, Vuze (Azureus) or file sharing platforms. Visiting illegal websites or downloads/uploads is not permitted.
