Spacious home with gorgeous, hilltop views of Canyon Lake that is perfect for your next family vacation, girls trip, or any other excuse to grab some friends and enjoy the relaxing Texas Hill Country! 4 BR, 3.5 BA with 8 beds. Sleeps 12 comfortably. * No pets *2 night minimum, except holiday weekends, which are 3 night minimum stay * This is a two-story home with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs The space Large, open kitchen with all you need if you like to cook while on vacation (including pots, pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, common appliances, etc). Start off your day with your favorite coffee or tea with our Keurig. Entertainment system with local TV and basic cable, DVD player, and Chromecast capabilities. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and two dining areas with total 12 seats. Shaded large porch with magnificent view of Canyon Lake from the comfort of a hanging wooden swing or the many patio chairs. There is a table out there and gas grill for outdoor dining as well. Bath, hand, wash towels provided but please bring your own beach towels. Please do not use our bath towels for the lake. The Cranes Mill Marina is 15min away (6.2mi). We do not have a private dock at the marina but there are different styles of boats available for rental there. Guest access You will have access to the entire house but any locked doors are off-limits. The garage is also off-limits. We ask for guests to respect these rules:· Please use only Utility Room and Kitchen entrances · No parties or extra guests than what was stated on reservation · No smoking in house or on patio · No candles * No pets · Fireplace is off-limits · Quiet time outside after 10pm to respect the neighbors · No firearms used on property · Parking only on our property. · The toilets are on a septic system. Please do not put feminine products, paper towels, or anything other than toilet paper in toilet. · Make sure to turn off gas after using grill. It must remain chained up on the railing where it is located upon arrival to keep it in safe distance from house. Alert me if tank seems empty · Please conserve energy by keeping doors and windows shut when A/C or heat are on. Turn off lights when not in use. Other things to note As of May 2021, we now will request a $250 security deposit to cover any of the following, ONLY if any of the below issues arise: - Not following the clearly outlined check-out instructions, as evidenced by leaving the home in an extra messy condition that requires extra time for our cleaners to clean (a large amount of dirty dishes, beer bottles strewn about the property, etc) - Damage to property * It will only be taken out by Airbnb if a claim is started because of the above reasons. It will not be added to your initial fees
