Barn in King's Lynn

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft ! The space Our kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster & a portable hob with 2 rings fridge, sink and worktop. (BBQ at the back)This barn conversion was meant to be a respite place and for that reason it hasnt got a full working kitchen.The main room has a blackout blind now. We also lend the following but please ask for these as we dont keep them in our garden rooms: sandwich toaster, slow cooker !It has underfloor heating. Please do ask for anything that you may want to know and we will reply asap Thank You!( PLEASE BOOK THE BBQ HUT IN ADVANCE AS IT IS VERY POPULAR £20) (if you like to go for walks, the beaches are not too far and in winter time Thursford is amazing) This is also a wedding & Events Venue ( Norfolk Garden Weddings) Other things to note The trundle bed in the spare room is 6ft ( we have two cocker spaniels which are our security dogs. too so they are out and about most of. the time but they can't access the patio out the back of your accommodation) If you would like to hire e bikes during your stay, please let me know and I inquire)
