Or you can walk just a few more blocks and be downtown on the lake for lots of sight seeing, Tubbs Hill, coffee shops and restaurants to explore. There is also a Safeway literally right across the street which is perfect with groceries! The yard is completely fenced in also, with a large fire pit. This is an older, charming house.
