Modern smart TVs (Internet and satellite) and a music system that leaves nothing to be desired make for perfect entertainment. At the large dining table the whole family finds space to dine wonderfully or to have fun with the existing board games. The modern kitchen of the villa is extra-ordinary equipped. Even on baking utensils, garlic press, bottle opener, juicer, blender, sandwich maker, casserole dishes, cookbooks, etc. was thought. Children crockery and cutlery and a highchair are of course also available. The kitchen counter invites you to extensive breakfast as well as to nocturnal kitchen conversations with friends over a glass of Spanish wine. From the kitchen you can also access the beautiful terrace with another breakfast table. The kitchen includes a well-equipped utility room (vacuum cleaner, wipers, etc. everything available), where you can wash your holiday outfits for free, dry in the dryer or even iron. Already in the morning when brushing your teeth at the open window, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea. A beautiful balcony gives you the opportunity to retire and relax reading a book in the sun on the comfortable lounge furniture. If you prefer sunbathing comfortable sun loungers are provided on the sun terrace. You will find a shady spot in the covered lounge area or in the lounge chairs and the table on the side terrace to the kitchen. In addition a large, shaded awning can be extended over the dining table if required. Also the balcony has a practical and stylish awning. The beautiful surrounding outdoor terrace with the various seating areas and the big lighted pool invite you to linger until late into the night after a dinner or barbecue with friends and family outside. Due to the high ceilings and the very good climate of the villa it is very pleasant in the summer and not too warm in the house. Cooling is also provided by the existing air conditioning systems. On the other hand the newly installed infrared radiators and the air conditioners with heating function, which are state-of-the-art, ensure warmth in winter. Within walking distance is a great little supermarket to reach, where you get all the necessary food, drugstore and delicious fresh pastries for breakfast or for the afternoon coffee break throughout the year. Even gourmets will find there so many delicacy and fresh fish for the barbecue. The turquoise blue sea is only about 400m. The nearest beach section is only about 500 meters away. The use of the Wifi is also free of charge! The villa BEACH & OCEAN has been newly renovated, so you can look forward to a relaxing, comfortable holiday in a beautiful ambience. The pool with a new terracce will be available at March 2026. We have prepared our house with love and detail loving equipped. Just as we ourselves like to spend the holidays in the villa. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided. In order to make the little ones feel at home a selection of games, Lego Duplo, Schleich animals, CDs and books are available for your children in addition to the children's basic equipment. Board games as well as books of various genres for adults were also thought. If you want to use the air conditioners and heaters, the power consumption for the sake of sustainability with extra 0.51 cents per 1 kWh (at cost price) will be charged extra.
